Insurance
Claims for insurance reimbursement are the sole responsibility of the client, however, we will provide you with the necessary documentation on request. Payment is expected at the time of your session. We recommend contacting your insurance company to ensure they will reimburse for services provided by Licensed Clinical Social Workers.
Methods of Payment
Payment is expected at time of session for face to face counseling services and can be made through the use of a check, money order, or cash. Payment for Internet services will be expected in advance of the session by check, or money order, or cash if you are paying in person. (Do not send cash through the mail).
