The first step is acknowledging the need for help. We are here.

Leadem Counseling & Consulting Services, P.C. is staffed by a highly trained clinical team with proven expertise in treating the following problem areas: marriage and family counseling, drug and alcohol addiction counseling, co-dependency, gambling addiction, eating disorders, and sexual addiction.  Services are available in individual, group, and online counseling settings to address the needs of individuals seeking help in the areas of marriage and family counseling as well as child and adolescent counseling.   Our model for addressing addiction counseling is compatible with the tenants of all 12 Step programs. Please see our link to Treatment of Addictive Behaviors for a full review of the recovery models we support. We believe that addiction counseling services will be more effective when trained professionals who have a personal affinity for the victims of the various addictive behaviors provide the counseling.  Please see the link to Meet Our Therapists for more details about our personal and professional background.

At Leadem Counseling & Consulting Services, our experience in marriage and family counseling extends well beyond the scope of addiction counseling treatment to include those seeking child and adolescent counseling for problems such as ADHD, anxiety, school avoidance and many others.  For a full description, follow our link to Counseling Children & Adolescents.  Our services for family therapy incorporate the models of Natural & Logical Consequences along with 12 Step program principles wherever appropriate.

Those interested in online counseling should see the link above as well as take the time to visit our Self-Help store.  Individuals who are undergoing addiction counseling treatment will find help at our link for Meditations & 12 Step Program Guides.

We are prepared to address the counseling needs of our Special Education Advocacy clients through our Counseling Services Division with any of the traditional therapy modalities as well as on line counseling. For a full review of services to families of children with a learning disability, see our link to Special Education Advocacy.

Educators and health care professionals such as, addiction counseling treatment professionals, social workers, marriage and family counseling professionals, criminal justice professionals, and sexual addiction therapists looking to earn valuable continuing education credits in their respective discipline will be pleased to know that we offer on-site continuing education programs that can be tailored to meet the needs of the prospective audience.  In addition to on-site training courses we will be presenting full day training programs in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as on line.  See our link to Professional Training for more information.
