(includes written report, meeting with evaluator and LCCS staff to review findings)
Educational Psycho Testing

• Completed by New Jersey Certified LDTC (Learning Disability-Teacher Consultant)
• Woodcock Johnson III (Cognitive Abilities & Achievement Tests) WJ III
• Review of School Records/Standardized Test Results
• Parent/Child Interview
• Testing time generally requires 3 – 3 1/2 hours.*

Educational Psycho Testing fee: $675.00                                                                        
(includes written report, meeting with evaluator and LCCS-ED staff to review findings)

Educational Psychological Testing Reviews
 
Review of Prior Psychological Testing Only
A review of prior psychological evaluations can be arranged by LCCS staff and includes:

• A New Jersey Licensed Psychologist will review the evaluation and provide a written report that summarizes the findings with a statement noting the implications those findings have on program development.
• Additionally, the report will include recommendations and rationale for additional testing if needed.
• A LCCS staff member will review report with parent's/child. The full protocols from prior psychological testing evaluations are needed for the review. These should include the child’s responses and the time it took to complete each task, etc.
• Also, a summary, provided by teacher/parent, is required describing the areas of difficulties in the academic setting and copies of pertinent material/records relevant.

Educational Psychological Testing Review Fee $225.00*

Review of Prior Educational Psycho Testing Only
A review of prior educational evaluations can be arranged by Leadem Counseling & Consulting Services, staff and includes:

• A NJ Certified LDTC will review the evaluation and provide a written report that summarizes the findings with a statement noting the implications those findings have on program development.
• Additionally, the report will include recommendations and rationale for additional testing if needed.
• Our staff member will review report with parent's)/child. If there is a prior WJ III, the evaluator will need to review the Compuscore report.
• Additionally, a summary, provided by teacher/parent, is required describing the areas of difficulties in the academic setting.

Review Fee: $225.00*
