Eating Disorder & Food Addiction Support

Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous (ABA)

ABA uses the Twelve-Step Program adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous to address the mental, emotional, and spiritual components of the disorders of anorexia and bulimia.

Food Addicts Anonymous (FAA)

Food Addicts Anonymous is a self-help fellowship of men and women who are willing to recover from the disease of food addiction. Sharing our experience, strength, and hope with others allows us to recover from this disease.

Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous (FA)

FA is a 12-step program of recovery for people who suffer from overeating, under-eating, bulimia, or obsession with food or body size. FA believes that there is a lot more to food addiction than “food” and that food addiction recovery must focus on the addiction as a disease concept. There are no dues or fees, and meetings are open to anyone who wants to stop eating addictively.

GreySheeters Anonymous (GSA)

GreySheeters Anonymous has been founded and designed to discuss the fundamentals or basics of attaining and maintaining GreySheet abstinence. For that purpose we explore together the program of Alcoholics Anonymous in arresting compulsive eating using the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of GSA.

Overeaters Anonymous (OA)

Overeaters Anonymous is a non profit self-help program of recovery from compulsive overeating using the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of OA.
