Sober Tools

Welcome to our small library of Sober Tools.  For years we desired to have a spot where we could share select tools we have used with clients over the years with a community that has given us so much.

Initially, these tools were designed to supplement the intervention strategies we offered in our course book titled An Ounce of Prevention: A Course in Relapse Prevention. While these tools have been effective at helping individuals intervene on their relapse process, many have found these tools valuable in helping them learn how to strengthen their understanding of who they are, how their maladaptive coping strategies have impacted their life and how to intervene on those strategies.
