Resentment Analyzer Profile

This is one of several tools we are making available for free on our website that are mentioned in our book An Ounce of Prevention: A Course in Relapse Prevention.  This intervention addresses what it costs us when we elect to carry resentment and how one can begin the working of letting go of the resentment by better understanding how it took hold in us in the first place.

The original addiction recovery text, Alcoholics Anonymous, is pretty clear about the need to search out the “flaws in our make-up which caused our failure … ” especially resentment because it is the “number one offender” that “destroys more alcoholics than anything else”.  The energy we put into analyzing and being free of resentment will be rewarded back to us many times over.
